One role is in our technical service team with an engineering focus providing advice to our dealers on the machinery we sell. The other one is in our product management team with a marketing focus supporting the creation and review of our marketing strategies.

You might have had a chance to look at our profile but here's a quick summary, just in case:

"AGCO is the world's largest manufacturer of machinery and equipment focused solely on the agricultural industry. At AGCO, we're not just manufacturing machines—we're manufacturing a brighter future for farms everywhere. With our industry-leading machinery and equipment backed by exceptional parts, service and support, we make working with us easy. AGCO takes farming further, faster.

Our collection of brands is a large part of what makes AGCO so unique. Our brands are powerful. They're modern. They're well-known brands like Challenger, Fendt, GSI, Massey Ferguson and Valtra. They are the ones that the world looks to each and every day"

When looking for Grads we want people who are ready to jump in feet first and get to know all areas of our business. Agriculture is not only a long term career opportunity, being a primary industry, but also incredibly interesting due to the technological advances being made. Working at AGCO is more than a job, it's a career in an industry that makes a difference in the lives of billions of people.

Our ideal candidates will have worked before (even if it's just casual, part time, temporary) and also had exposure to working in a team (that can be a sports team or team project). They also might have had some experience on a farm, or understanding of agriculture. They will definitely need the following attributes:

  • Eagerness to learn and get to know all areas of our business
  • Customer focused outlook and understanding that they are central to everything we do
  • Quick to pick up new information, digest and provide suggestions
  • A go getter who studied hard and received at least a credit average
  • Ability to travel - to ensure we can give you the most from the program
  • A permanent residency or citizenship in Australia
  • No more than 3 years' work experience (if not direct grad)

On offer in the program:

  • Opportunity to work for a global company
