AMP Capital – Real Estate Accounting & Finance Program 2020

AMP Capital - Real Estate Accounting & Finance graduate program provides graduates the opportunity to gain exposure to, and develop, fundamental finance skills and capabilities within an investment and fund management business.

This stream provides a structured learning pathway to deliver practical accounting and finance experience throughout a two year program with four, six month rotations. Graduates will be financially supported in the completion of their CA.

AMP Capital Real Estate operates a fully integrated property management model which includes property and facility management, asset management, leasing and development management, funds management and the Real Estate Finance team. The Real Estate Accounting & Finance function is structured in a way to support all of the above areas of the business, specifically providing expertise in:

• Property accounting reporting on the performance of the assets
• Analyst function supporting asset management with long term performance as well as valuation and return analysis
• Development Finance function providing project feasibility analysis and project cost control.
• Fund accounting providing consolidation of property results and fund level accounting as well as compliance, tax, registry and self-custody functions and management reporting to Funds Management team.

Graduate rotations offered:

The two year graduate program begins in February 2020 and provides an opportunity for Graduates to complete four, six-monthly rotations across the core capabilities of:

• Fund Accounting & Operations
• Financial & Investment Planning & Analysis
• Development Finance

Application Requirements:

• Complete your undergraduate studies in 2019, or have completed your undergraduate studies in 2018
• Minimum credit average
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident
