The FDM recruitment experience is a multi-stage process that is dynamic, fast-paced and authentic. Throughout each stage, you will work with our Graduate Recruiters who will provide tips and guidance on how you can succeed. Dynamic

We recruit all year round and accept candidates from all degree backgrounds. To launch your career at FDM, you don’t need to have a STEM degree - all you need is a great mindset, a strong aptitude and most importantly, a passion for technology. Throughout our 30 years, we have kick-started thousands of careers, from music and engineering graduates becoming software developers, to fine arts and design students becoming business analysts.

I didn’t know what the BA/BI stream entailed but it was a great decision as it combines working with data and working face-to-face with clients, which tied to the design aspect of my degree.”
