The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is the prudential regulator of the Australian financial services industry. It oversees banks, credit unions, building societies, general insurance and reinsurance companies, life insurance, private health insurance, friendly societies, and most of the superannuation industry.

APRA's Graduate Program is one of the most in-depth and diverse in the financial services industry. Training is ongoing throughout your career with us. In fact, training and development are an integral part of ensuring we maintain our excellence as a regulator. As one of our select graduates, you'll benefit from our performance coach/mentoring program, a 'buddy' system and working as part of an APRA team from the start.

As an APRA graduate, you will spend time within different divisions on rotation, giving you the opportunity to build the core foundations of prudential regulation, including frontline supervision, policy development and data analytics. These foundations will help jump start your career as a finance professional. At the end of your graduate program, you will be promoted to the role of Analyst, and have the opportunity to drive your career in any of APRA's core functions, including specialist areas.

APRA is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability status.
