Recruitment Process

In 2018, we will be hiring our interns through the A.T. Kearney Assessment Day. For our Summer Internship, our Assessment Day will be taking place on Friday 31 August 2018 in both our Sydney and Melbourne offices.

The Assessment Day is a fun, interactive and engaging introduction to management consulting, where candidates will spend half a day working as both individuals and in a group to help solve a problem inspired by the real work that we do at A.T. Kearney. Following the Assessment Day, selected candidates will be asked back for formal interviews expected to take place in the week following.

This is an individual application process and applicants must be available in Sydney and Melbourne on the day of the assessment.
