Aurecon Built Environment Graduate Programme 2019/20

Cost, time, buildability, durability, function and aesthetics are key considerations in the design of buildings and must be carefully balanced to meet the needs of the owner and end user without compromising on safety and sustainability.

Sustainability, environmental protection, lifecycle performance and returns are key drivers for investors, developers, owners and tenants across both public and private sectors. Aurecon is addressing these wider issues which affect many property projects in which we are involved.

The Built Environment team provides services across the entire project lifecycle, from master planning and the conducting of feasibility studies to engineering design documentation, construction supervision, and operations and maintenance within the commercial, industrial, sports and leisure, and residential submarkets.

Watch a structural analysis on the redevelopment of 5 Martin Place in Sydney, Australia, which entailed an additional 8000 square metres of office space cantilevered over the heritage building.

Aurecon Energy Graduate Programme 2019/20

The world's energy markets are transforming. The global trend to reduce carbon emissions has seen a renewed focus on commercialising sustainable energy sources, improving infrastructure and improving efficiency.

Aurecon's energy team delivers effective, tailored solutions for clients across the power generation, transmission and distribution and renewable energy sectors. These clients include governments and utilities, private developers, contractors, financiers and investors, as well as other statutory authorities and other industry participants.

You will be part of a global team that provide clients with access to expertise in all areas of the energy sector, including project identification, development and delivery of asset management (including plant upgrades and refurbishment), and energy advisory and management consulting services.

Who are we?

Aurecon is a global engineering and infrastructure advisory company, but not as you know it. We've re-imagined engineering.

Our clients' ideas and aspirations drive all that we do. We work alongside them like no other firm to co-create clever, innovative solutions to some of the world's most complex challenges.

In 2018, we were listed in LinkedIn's Top Companies 2018, the only engineering consulting firm in Australia to make the list. In 2017, we were also honoured to be named 'Large Firm of the Year' by Consult Australia, and we were ranked #5 in the Australian Financial Review's Most Innovative Companies list.

What makes us unconventional?

We explore new frontiers to step from the impossible into the possible.

Flexibility. Choice. Freedom to be you. Make an impact. Design a better future. It's all possible.

If you choose to work with us, we'll want you to embrace your uniqueness to re-imagine engineering by asking 'What if?', 'What's next?' and 'Why not?'

From advising on the world's largest lithium-ion battery to store renewable energy. To using digital technology to plan and restore transport access to communities after major earthquakes. To designing Australia's tallest engineered timber office building where people are at the heart of the design.

We believe the answers to the world's most complex challenges are out there.
