Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) is one of Australia's most iconic companies.

We brew some of Australia's most beloved beers and ciders including Victoria Bitter, Carlton Draught, Pure Blonde, Great Northern, Strongbow, Mercury and Bulmers. We employ nearly 1,600 people in Australia, at our five breweries and various offices across the country.

As a part of AB InBev, the largest and only truly global brewer, we also brew and distribute global iconic brands such as Corona, Stella Artois and Budweiser.

Global Management Trainee (GMT)
Your first step towards a global career as a future leader. Being immersed in real projects from the get-go, you'll learn first-hand what it takes to run one of Australia's most iconic FMCG companies.

What is the GMT Program?
From brewery operations to sales, you'll master the fundamentals of every department in our company across a 10-month rotational training program.

As part of the program, you'll travel to St. Louis, USA and to Shanghai, China for global and zone inductions on our culture, strategy and structure. Here, you'll gain a high-level overview of our company and even take on the challenge of discussing your learnings with our CEO and key senior leaders.

You'll also have the chance to meet other GMT's from around the world, providing you with an opportunity to build lasting relationships.
