The People and Culture Function – Opportunities available in VIC & NSW

We are excited to extend our Store Support Centre program interstate in our People and Culture function. The People and Culture Graduate program is now available in two different streams; Operations and Store Support Centre (SSC).

Our Operations stream will include partnering with the leadership team to manage, deliver and drive strategic People and Culture initiatives for our sites and stores. The role will involve an ability to work with Regional, Store and Department Managers to deliver people related targets and manage a broad range of people risks. The successful candidates will have the ability to effectively and efficiently make decisions at pace in a field based environment. Our operations stream is available in VIC, NSW, QLD &WA, but we currently only have vacancies in VIC & NSW.

The SSC stream is only available in VIC and offers graduates the opportunity to work in both generalist and specialist rotations. Our generalist business partnering rotations offer the ability to work with teams within the SSC to manage, deliver and drive strategic People and Culture initiatives. Our specialist P&C rotations offer the chance to work in our Centres of Excellence such as the Advisory Services team or the Learning & Development team. The SSC stream also offers Graduates the opportunity to complete a rotation out in the field across our three brands, Supermarkets, Liquor and Express to support our Regional, Store and Department Managers delivering strategic people objectives that help drive the right change in our business.
