We provide financial support to our Board, our shareholders and work closely with all areas of CommBank and help set our overall business strategy. We are responsible for providing performance management, advice and governance. We advise each business unit about project management and also provide services such as consulting, taxation advice, decision support, management information system design and competitor analysis.
Financial Services at CommBank includes Group Audit, Group Finance, Group Treasury, Group Security & Advisory, Group Property, Institutional Banking & Markets Finance, Investor Relations, Retail Banking Services & Enterprise Service Finance, and Wealth Management Finance. So, whether you wish to focus on financial or management accounting, pursuse one of our specialist areas such as Audit, Property or Treasury to support a particular area of our business, providing daily P&Ls for trading businesses, monthly performance reporting for product and client segments, budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc special reviews for both onshore and offshore locations, we can offer a vast array of rotation opportunities.
As a team we're responsible for the world-leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank; from innovative product platforms for our customers, to essential tools within our business.

Group Property and Security manages the property and protective security functions for the Group. This includes both retail and commercial portfolios domestically, as well as international support. For the Groups property portfolio, we have accountability for the portfolio strategy, space planning, leasing, design, construction, business transition and ongoing facilities management. The team also delivers major workplace projects.

As part of our 18 month program, you will have structured rotations in Group Property with exposure to Property Operations, Design & Construction, Leasing and Property Security.

Our structured rotational graduate program provides financial support to complete the CA or CPA Programs and will help you build a career in finance where your accounting skills will be crucial to business support.

You will receive extensive training and development including a comprehensive 1 week orientation at the beginning of your program and ongoing masterclass and tailored training through each rotation. We provide financial support to all Financial Services graduates to complete the CA or CPA Programs.
