Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) provides a comprehensive range of financial services to over 30,000 clients, located in regional and rural Australia. We develop strong relationships with our clients to get a real understanding of their business financial needs, and then implement the best strategies for each clients' unique situation. As a graduate for the RAB commercial teams, you will have the scope to create relationships with Australian businesses by attending joint visits across our diverse client base across your chosen location. You will interact directly with our clients through face to face meetings, working alongside them in their businesses to understand and meet their ever changing needs.

SEE YOURSELF IN OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM:

As part of our 18 month program, our tailored experience has a 4 rotation structure which allows you to experience our various Business & Private Banking (BPB) streams. Through these rotations, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of BPB, have continued learning opportunities and be able to develop your analytical as well as relationship building capabilities.

You will have your first and last rotation in RAB with flexibility to preference your second & third rotation in any other BPB stream. As a Graduate, you would be supporting the RAB Commercial Teams. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our clients by attending joint visitations across our diverse client base across your chosen location. You will interact directly with our clients through face to face meetings, working alongside them in their businesses to understand and meet their ever changing needs. To build your technical skillset, you will get firsthand experience with writing credit applications and undertaking compliance and financial analysis of a broad range of businesses.

You'll also have the opportunity to work on a number of BPB wide projects, which will give you the opportunity to make an impact in front of our senior leaders.

• Are in your final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential).
• You have achieved at least a credit average across your university degree (essential).
