About you

You bring a learning and growth mindset, and a genuine, open attitude about the combined role that fossil fuel and renewable energy organisations share to provide affordable, reliable energy through the energy transition. 

To be eligible for their program, you will:

• Have successfully obtained tertiary qualifications in engineering (students currently in their final year of study are strongly encouraged to apply)
• Be available to commence full-time employment
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Be able to be mobile for interstate or global work rotations
• Have strong alignment with their SPIRIT values
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• An unwavering willingness to learn and improve your professional and engineering skills
• Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the energy sector
