This is the perfect role for a recent graduate looking to apply their research, analytical, planning and relationship building skills. It is suited to a confident and resilient graduate with a desire to work in an autonomous phone-based research role.

Working within our 20 day project cycle you will conduct phone based research of sectors to understand their challenges and market needs. You will then use this research and your analytical skills to put together a high quality 2 day conference to specifically target the challenges facing the sector.

To achieve this you will approach Senior Business Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Thought Leaders within your conference's market or sector to understand the challenges. You will need to use your influence and relationships to secure Speakers and Facilitators for your conference.
This role involves not only the drive and determination to spend a large portion of your day on the phone, you also need to have the creativity and logical thought process to work out what the important issues are and design your event to add value to those within the market or sector.

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a Business related subject
  • Self-starting and confident individual with a proactive attitude

  • Confident and efficient telephone manner with the ability to connect to others at all levels of an organisation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritisation ability
  • Great attention to detail
  • Motivated by challenging goals and targets with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Extremely organised and process orientated
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and drive to succeed
