DM Group is currently seeking a number of hard working individuals, with the aptitude to excel as IT Consultants. Successful candidates will receive fully funded professional business and technical training in our Sydney training centre, specialising in IT Service Management. We will help you nurture and develop niche skills that are currently in very high demand in today's IT market. Upon completion of the training, you will become an FDM Consultant and be placed on-site with our high-profile clients in Australia, many of which are top banking and financial services companies.  

Our IT Service Management consultants are Applications Support Specialists focused on the support of our banking and finance clients' live systems and applications, ensuring that the users of those applications receive the best service they can. Fast-track career progression is a key focus of FDM and this program will put you on a path to become an expert in supporting the systems, software and platforms used heavily in the financial sector and many other industries.  

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree Ambitious, with a drive to succeed within the IT industry
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships - A keen interest in working in the banking and finance industry
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to commit to work as an FDM
  • Consultant for a minimum of two years following completion of the paid training period (circa 12 weeks)
  • Eligible to work in Australia (citizen/permanent resident)
  • Geographically flexible to work throughout Australia (Sydney and Melbourne)
