FDM will provide you with the tools, training, and hands-on experience to become an effective and successful Business Development Executive/Account Manager, serving as the pivotal link between FDM and our clients. The successful candidate will initially begin life at FDM with an 3-6 month induction working within our Graduate Recruitment division before transitioning over into the Sales team.

You will be responsible for developing trustworthy and long-lasting partnerships with some of the largest organisations in Australia. You will need to be flexible and able to deliver against your clients’ requirements.

Criteria:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent sales experience (1-2 years)
• Previous experience in sales or recruitment is beneficial but more importantly, we are looking for the right attitude and motivation to succeed
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Commercially aware and target-oriented individuals
• The thirst to learn and develop
• Technically proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
