Over the course of 18 months, the Graduate program, will incorporate a balanced mix of business focus and personal development and awareness with onsite sessions, virtual modules and group work.

The program has Executive Sponsorship and a Graduate's learning falls into four main categories:

  • understanding of the business,
  • self-awareness,
  • leadership awareness and
  • readiness for leading the business.

Candidates will need to have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the last two years to be eligible for the program.

More than just technical skills and having all the answers up front, at Fujitsu we look for problem solving skills, innovative thinking and a willingness to learn and do.

How to apply

The recruitment process starts with an online application then a virtual interview. If all that goes well, you'll be invited to an assessment centre. If you shine there, and pass the necessary police and reference checks, you'll receive a job offer.
