Our Graduate Program has a unique opportunity for graduates to join our Consulting team in Sydney and Melbourne. As the graduate you will be a key support for the Consulting team, support and developing strategies for Fujitsu Oceania. The digital consulting group comprises of the UX design team and the Digital Transformation team. You will be working in dynamic projects enabled by agile working practices, with a start-up mentality that accelerate the development and incubation of the next generation of Fujitsu Oceania Go-To-Market solutions. As the graduate, you will be under the direction of Senior Consultants and will be supporting client engagements, through research and analysis and developing the tools to drive the technology innovation agenda.  In the role, you will be learning elements of consulting practices of UX design and digital projects during their program.

As part of the 18 month program starting February 2020, you will have varied experiences across a broad field to enable you to develop:

  • An understanding of how Fujitsu operates;
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written);
  • Consulting skills – understanding client digital needs;
  • Digital analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills;
  • Digital best practise and understanding of leading digital technologies; and
  • Strong interest in Innovation, Customer Centric Design and Business Analysis.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a graduate who;

  • Have (in the last 2 years) or is about to complete a Bachelor’s of Master’s degree with Majors that may include Business and Management, UX Design, Information Technology and Systems;
  • Achievement oriented with strong desire to succeed in their chosen career;
  • Interest in innovation and digital practices (Analytics, IoT, Ai, Machine Learning Service and Design Thinking);
  • Desire to grow and contribute to the portfolio of Fujitsu solutions, capabilities and skills to effect positive change on our perceived value by customer;
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally’
  • Self-directed and proactive in self-motivated learning;
  • Enthusiasm and positive mindset with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines and;
  • Committed to working as part of a team.

These positions will be located in Macquarie Park, Sydney and Melbourne CBD. Candidates must have permanent residency or citizenship to apply.
