Our Graduate Program has a unique opportunity for the right person to join our Market Intelligence team based in Sydney. As the graduate in the Market Intelligence team, you will bring market and competitive insights to support various Fujitsu teams including Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, HR, Legal and IT. We are looking for a digital savvy graduate who have a great interest in innovation and technology to come join our team.

As part of the 18 month program starting in February 2020, you will have varied experiences across a broad field to enable you to develop:

• An understanding of how Fujitsu operates and our offerings.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Understanding the Market Intelligence function and work within function to generate strategic marketing activities
• Business analysis and presentation skills
• Understanding of the importance of Business Relationships (internal and external).
• Creating collateral and curating content for Fujitsu teams.
• Experience working in a multi-client organisation and IT best practices
• Problem solving and decision making skills in the context of a global corporate organisation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a graduate who;

• Have (in the last 2 years) or is about to complete a Bachelor's of Master's degree with Majors that may include Business, Marketing and IT;
• Achievement oriented with strong desire to succeed in their chosen career;
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally;
• Interest in innovation and digital technologies;
• Self-directed and proactive in self-motivated learning;
• Enthusiasm and positive mindset with ability to manage time and meet deadlines and ;
• Committed to working as part of a team;
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

This position will be located in Macquarie Park, Sydney - NSW. Candidates must have a permanent residency or citizenship at time of application.
