Our Graduate Program has a unique opportunity for graduates to join our Strategy and Change organisation in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. The graduate will work in their stream and will play a key role in the success of Fujitsu.

The streams we are hiring for include:

  • Market Intelligence (Sydney)

As the graduate in market intelligence, you will bring market and competitive intelligence to support various Fujitsu teams including sales, portfolios, marketing, service delivery, HR, legal and commercial and IT

  • Sustainability (Sydney)

As the graduate in sustainability you will be helping deliver Fujitsu’s commitment to be a net carbon zero business by 2050 and contribute to the decarbonisation of society through technological innovation. With a reputation as the ICT Sustainability leader, Fujitsu delivers sustainable services and consulting to customers, based on a solid foundation of excellence in our own operations. As the graduate, you will be involved in the breadth and depth of our sustainability programs, identify and implement new ideas, and be part of an award winning team that delivers local results while contributing to a global sustainability agenda.

  • Partner and Alliances (Sydney)

As the graduate in the Partner and Alliances team, you will provide support services to Fujitsu’s partners, designated internal stakeholders, marketing for partner related events, website updates and campaigns, administration and operational management.

  • Chief Technology Officer (Melbourne and Brisbane)

As the graduate you will support the CTO in the delivery of CTO responsibilities, research, data analytics, report creation, presentation management, planning and administration. You will also be assisting technical portfolio governance, approval forms, policies and repository management and innovation management and delivery,

As part of the 18 month program starting February 2020, you will have varied experiences across a broad field to enable you to develop:

  • An understanding of how Fujitsu operates
  • Strong communication skills  (oral and written)
  • Technical analytical and critical thinking
  • Understanding of the importance of Business Relationships (internal and external)
  • IT best practice and understanding of leading digital technologies
  • Problem solving and decision making skills in the context of a global corporate organisation
  • Business analysis and presentation skills

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for graduates who;

  • Have (in the last 2 years) or is about to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with Majors that may include Computer Science, Security, Cloud, IT, Engineering, Sustainability, and Analytics;
  • Achievement oriented with a strong desire to succeed in their chosen career;
  • Interest in Innovation and digital technologies;
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally;
  • Are self-directed and proactive in self-motivated learning;
  • Have enthusiasm and positive mindset;
  • Have a capacity to manage complex information and make decisions;
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines and;
  • Committed to working as part of a team.

These positions will be located in Macquarie Park, Sydney, Melbourne CBD and Brisbane CBD. Candidates must have permanent residency or citizenship at time of application.
