We're very excited to be recruiting for a new Human Resources Future Leader to be based in our Abbotsford Head Office. This program is aimed at recent or expected graduates with a Business/Commerce (or similar) degree with a preference and passion for building a career in Human Resources coupled with an innate flair for leadership.

The GSK HR Team, based predominantly in Melbourne supports all GSK businesses across Australia and New Zealand utilising a shared service model including Total Reward, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Payroll and HR Advisory services. Our Business Partnering groups provide HR expertise to support the delivery of business strategy and people leaders.

Our 3-year graduate program is made up of four rotations, across a range of functions within HR and includes one rotation outside of HR within the broader GSK business. Our program will give you a comprehensive foundation within the HR function as well as a broader commercial understanding of our business which is critical to success within any contemporary HR Practice.

Online Testing

As part of our selection process we may ask you to complete one online assessments. You will receive an email from us with a link to a personalised 'my assessment' homepage where you can access your first assessment. Please note, you will be given 72 hours from receipt of the email to complete your first assessment. If you don't complete the assessment within 72 hours, it will expire and your participation in our selection process will come to an end. We would like to advise you to review your email (including your junk folder) daily to check whether you have been sent your first assessment

Timeline & Assessment Process

Our robust recruitment process includes online application, online testing, one way video interview, assessment centre and pre-employment screening. It is expected that the process will conclude in early November 2017.
