This is a great opportunity for an IBL to learn and gain in-depth knowledge of Quality Control, manufacturing processes, as well as learn about the rules and regulations which are required to manufacture high quality products consistently in a stringently regulated environment.

The position will be:

A hands-on role and will be involved in projects across the QC environment, some of which will include raw material and sampling reduced testing justifications and reviews, ICHQ3C residual solvents compliance risk assessments, continuous improvement project management to increase laboratory efficiencies and compliance. The role will also provide the opportunity to perform routine analytical testing in a manufacturing environment using a variety of instrumentation and wet chemistry techniques.

The role will offer exposure to compliance related activities such as Audits, Safety assessments, EHS and Quality risk assessments. It will provide experience in the management of change control and CAPA activities and involvement in problem solving and root cause analyses resulting from out of specification test results. The opportunity also exists to be involved in analytical method and equipment validation protocol and report writing. The execution of validations and to assist in stability program management as required.

The IBL-Quality Control Associate will often be required to work cross functionally with other teams such as Operations, Technical and Operational Quality.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • You must be in your penultimate/final year of a Bachelor degree in Science or related field
