Your role

The role reports to the Global Segment Manager and is located in Memphis, Tennessee. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Management in the creation of 5-Year Strategies / Business Plans.
  • Support automation of data collection/reporting for Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Support Product Marketing in the New Product Development Gate Process (Voice of Customer research, Product Launch Workshop, Launch Plan development).
  • ESR Process improvement/execution (new catalogue numbers): Apparatus, Cable Tray.
  • Product Life Cycle Analysis / SKU (Stock Keeping Unit​) reduction.
  • Packaging analysis (min/mult for Carlon, Red Dot; and strut bundles).

About you

Your background:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, in the United States, in either Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Interns must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
  • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
