The work culture is good. There is great flexibility for the works to start on their own schedule and a good work/life balance. There is great moral from the two teams I worked in and I felt it had strong leadership.

Cooperation and teamwork is always exemplary - makes acclimatising to a new job much easier than you would expect. The team is very social outside of the office as well, which again makes starting a new job straight out of uni much easier.
