Alcoa's three-year rotational graduate program is designed to provide you a broad foundation in electrical engineering as well as allowing you to tailor your career path towards your interests and individual goals. Throughout the program, you will be provided with coaching, mentoring, hands-on and professional training to accelerate your development and maximise your full potential.
