Salary at ALDI Australia

Area Managers do not receive lieu leave for time worked above 50 hours per week. Area Managers do not earn sales bonuses, which is a negative.

Pay is structured over four years with an increase each year. No bonuses are provided as the pay is very competitive and the high calibre Area Managers are intrinsically driven to achieve results.

The pay rate is very fair. Area Managers do not receive bonuses. The only exception to this is the referral bonus, which applies if you refer a candidate and they are successful through the probationary period.

The remuneration is generous and you receive a fully maintained car and phone. I have never been concerned about the financial side of the role.

The pay and fully supplied car is attractive. No bonuses are provided for the Area Manager role.

The pay is great but because of the flat structure the pay does not vary depending on ability or workload.

The pay structure at ALDI is very transparent. Everyone is on the same salary for each role and there are some increments based on tenure. For example with the Area Manager role there is a year 1, 2, 3 & 4 salary. There are no negotiations on salary and no bonuses associated with the role.

The business pays its employees very well. It demands a lot but so long as you are willing to put in the work it is very rewarding.

ALDI staff are paid very well for our contracted hours. However, there is a significant expectation that coincides with this compensation.

A personal iPad is supplied and the use of our company cars during private time.

The company invests heavily in giving staff experience. A considerable amount is invested into accommodation and relocation (moving) costs where relevant.

The position includes a fully maintained company car, iPad and iPhone. Relocation expenses are covered plus any other expenses incurred as part of fulfilling the Area Manager duties.
