Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
The offices are located at our regional Distribution Centre. The offices are presented well but are not over the top as this in line with the companys cost culture. Dress code is a suit and tie; the standard is high.
ALDI has regional offices in major cities across Australia. As a whole they are very well presented and have all of the facilities you would expect in a business environment. Dress code for management is corporate attire.
As Area Managers we work out of the store office, which is shared with in store management. The dress code is a suit and shirt for women and a suit, shirt and tie for men.
Corporate attire is expected. The office facilities have a modern feel and are fitted out with technology that one would expect from an efficient business.
Area managers are required to wear corporate attire every day. Office staff have a business dress code. The company prides itself on its level of professionalism.
Dress code is strongly required to be at the corporate level. Offices are well laid out but technology is minimal in order to ensure efficient proceedings.
The Area Manager has their own desk in each store. As a business we put a high priority on being in stores on a daily basis to be visible to staff and customers. Minimal time is spent in Head Office. Our store offices are shared with the Store Management team.
As the company is very efficient the offices are not extravagant as this would not be cost effective. They are nice, clean and professional and provide the necessary work environment to enjoy the job and get work done. The dress code is very professional.
