We have recently been ranked the top legal graduate employer by GradAustralia and the Australian Association of Graduate Employers. Last year, we were named an elite "band one" firm in 16 practice areas in Australia and Vietnam by Chambers Asia Pacific and awarded Law Firm of the Year (> 500 employees) at the Australasian Law Awards.

This is a time of unprecedented change. At Allens, we're ready. With a legacy that spans 200 years, we've pioneered significant change. It's a part of who we are.

As a Dive In alumnus, you'll receive specific guidance on navigating your way through the recruitment process and tips and tricks to set you up for success. You'll also have the opportunity to reconnect with the people you met during the Dive In program and continue to build your network.
