What if you had the opportunity to rotate into key areas of Finance whilst developing your Accounting and leadership skills?

As part of our Accounting Graduate Program, you will gain hands-on practical experience in key areas of Finance. Your structured program will include rotations in areas such as Accounting Operations, Management Reporting, Planning and Statutory Reporting.  At the end of your two-year program, you will have a strong knowledge of how each area operates and will be in a position to fast track your career more broadly within our Finance division.

Important to your success:

• Tertiary degree in Accounting Studies
• A well-rounded background with demonstrated experience across community involvement and participation in extracurricular activities
• Proven work experience in customer service or a corporate environment
• Strong effective communication skills
• Leadership qualities developed through university, work experience and extracurricular activities

To be eligible:

• You will be due to complete your undergraduate studies by the end of 2024(applicants who graduated no more than 2 years prior to 2024will also be considered). 
• You understand that you will be required to complete industry qualifications.
• You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency at the time of application. 
• You must attach your most up to date university results in the form of an Academic Transcript or university-issued proof of results (for example, screenshot of the online university portal)
• You must attach a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role and a resume.
