There are lots of Alumni at AMP from the graduate program, and they are in so many different roles. Graduates seem to be able to have career progression within their streams, or outside stream and across the business if that's what they want.

AMP Foundation - a dedicated resource for charities and volunteer work - doubles any donations which an employee makes to a charity Personally, I have assisted in raising >40K for breast cancer, worked in a food kitchen with the other grads to assist domestic violence victims, assisted in raising money for bushfire victims

One of the things that surprised me the most was how easily I could access managers, both within my teams and stream, and across the whole business. Everyone is very open.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the Open Night was the best opportunity to learn more about the company, and meet people before the assessment centres which actually made the ACs really fun and engaging. It's a tough process but worth it! The recruitment team are so engaging and really make you feel like your application is important, not just a number.

Pay is up there with other similar companies, Super 12% (higher than others), bonus structure seems fine

Graduate program training is amazing. Dedicated days where grads are developed where we have learnt both hard and soft skills e.g. VBA training, excel training etc. Also days where we have learnt working styles and how to discover what suits us best.

Very flexible - as long as you are meeting work expectations, contributing to the team and supporting where needed, it doesn't matter where you are doing your work.

We have created ESG portfolios and conducted ESG initiatives however more could be done
