Please describe the interview process and assessments.
We were to submit our portfolios and showreels. Afterwards, we had to go through to some Personality and Psychometric before being called in by the HR for a further interview. Before the interviews started, we were tasked to draw something based on the theme specified and present it in front of the interviewers. After finishing up the presentation, we had a more traditional interviews with them and wait for the call if you get accepted or not.
Phone interview, online test, graduate assessment centre including interview and presentation.
Phone interview, followed by assessments and face-to-face interview.
Teamwork building game (build a shelter for your egg to be dropped on), 1on1 interviews

What is your greatest achievement? Values of the company Why do you want to work for Aristocrat? Questions to check if you had done your research on Aristocrat previous experience strengths and weaknesses

Try to be as confident as possible and show a lot of anticipation and interest in the field you are working at. Show them you are willing to keep growing.
Your personality is just as important as the skills you bring. The company makes an effort hire people who are friendly and work well with others.
Be yourself in the interview If you are asked to do a presentation make sure you are well prepared Do your research on the company - look at the news and see what is going on in the industry
Familiarise yourself with slot machine games, at least the basics.
