We've Got Big Plans for You this Winter!

The Kearney Winter Internship gives you the opportunity to spend five weeks with the firm, experiencing what it is like to be a management consultant. Our Internship Program is an immersive hands-on experience and will see you work with some of the best consultants in the industry on real projects with real clients.

With us, you will experience consulting in a uniquely collegial way. We work together to not only provide our client with the best results, but we work together so every colleague, including Winter Interns, are given full and ready access to a suite of training modules and workshops to help them learn and grow.

This year, we are offering you the chance to complete a Winter Internship in either our General or Strategic Operations Practice.

What We Seek

We are looking for individuals who:

  • enjoy a challenge;
  • are motivated and passionate;
  • are creative thinkers;
  • thrive in a team working environment; and
  • have an interest in consulting.

Kearney's Winter Internship Program is open to Penultimate year AND Final year undergraduate students from all disciplines.

APPLY NOW

Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, CV and academic transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable) via our website. For cover letters, please address to "ANZ Recruitment Team".

Applications will close at 11:59PM on Friday 7th May 2021 [AEST].

No late or partial applications will be accepted so ensure you submit all three documents by the deadline. Applicants must have full and permanent working rights in Australia to be considered.

Recruitment Process

In 2021, we will continue to hold Assessment Days for all internship recruitment. Our Assessment Days are a fun, interactive and engaging introduction to management consulting, where candidates spend half a day working both individually and as a group to help solve a problem inspired by the real work that we do at Kearney.

Our Winter Internship Assessment Day will be held on Friday 14th May 2021 and shortlisted candidates must be available to attend in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices (given current circumstances, we will make you aware in advance if this will be held virtually). Kearney will support those finalists located interstate or in New Zealand with travel arrangements (if we are not restricted by Government restraints with Travel).

Following the Assessment Day, selected candidates will be asked back for formal interviews expected to take place in the week following.

Enquires

Please email [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
