A.T. Kearney ANZ's Summer Internship Program 2019-20
The A.T. Kearney Summer Internship gives you the opportunity to spend ten weeks with the firm, experiencing what it is like to be a management consultant. Our Internship Program is an immersive hands-on experience and will see you work with some of the best consultants in the industry on real projects with real clients.
With us, you will experience consulting in a uniquely collegial way. We work together to not only provide our client with the best results, but we work together so every colleague, including Summer Interns, are given full and ready access to a suite of training modules and workshops to help them learn and grow.
This year, we are offering you the chance to complete a Summer Internship in either our general or Solutions practice.

A.T. Kearney's Summer Internship Program is open to penultimate year undergraduate students from all disciplines. Note, as an exception, applications from students in a master's degree (non- MBA) at the University of Melbourne and University of Western Australia will be accepted.
Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, CV and academic transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable) via our website. For cover letters, please address to "ANZ Recruitment Team" and indicate which practice/s you are interested in.
Applications will close at 11:59PM (midnight) on Wednesday 14 August 2019 [AEST].
No late or partial applications will be accepted so ensure you submit all three documents by the deadline. Applicants must have full and permanent working rights in Australia to be considered.
In 2019, we will continue to hold Assessment Days for all internship recruitment. Our Assessment Days are a fun, interactive and engaging introduction to management consulting, where candidates spend half a day working both individually and as a group to help solve a problem inspired by the real work that we do at A.T. Kearney.
Our Summer Internship Assessment Day will be held on Friday 23 August 2019 and shortlisted candidates must be available to attend in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices. A.T. Kearney will support those finalists located interstate or in New Zealand with travel arrangements.
Following the Assessment Day, selected candidates will be asked back for formal interviews expected to take place in the week following.
