What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Average pay in early career. Under market pay through internal promotion.
Midlevel, Sydney
I was in my initial role for 2 years before moving to my current role. During my initial role, I did not get any pay rises or bonuses (which was understandable as at that time pay review came during the peak COVID period). I do believe Aurecon is paying competitively for my role and experience.
Midlevel, Melbourne
Pay is relatively low.
Graduate, Sydney
The entry pay I was receiving was a bit low and I regretted not negotiating. However my line manager and office manager both worked hard to recognise my performance and gave me two very significant pay rises this year without me needing to even ask. High performance is recognised and incentivised at Aurecon so I am very happy with the process.

I find that the company is very generous. As I did not experience this bonuses from my previous job.

Bonuses are really good, pay has recently undergone a review and is now inline with other companies
Midlevel, Sydney
Bonuses are performance based, so only a few people get high bonuses
Midlevel, Melbourne
I think the process for deciding these things could be more transparent, but I have received performance bonuses despite my work being frequently affected by my disability, and despite the fact that I work part-time. So I believe that there is a honest attempt at fairly rewarding work.
Midlevel, Newcastle
they are fair and people who work hard and excel are rewarded

Aurecon reviews its pay regularly. Employees pay are reviewed every year during evaluation however can also be reviewed at any time. Aurecon also shares profits in terms of bonuses to employees.
Midlevel, Brisbane
Hard work and progression is acknowledged at our company and employees are often rewarded for their efforts
Graduate, Sydney
Great system, sometimes is not aligned but they do make an effort to correct this
Experienced, Melbourne
Pay is reasonable and the bonuses as well. I don't have much to compare it to be honest.
Graduate, Melbourne
I believe my company is at the lower end of the pay spectrum compared to comparable consultants.
Graduate, Maroochydore
Bonuses are great! But overall pay can be lower than similar companies for grads.
Graduate, Adelaide
Pay has just been increased at enterprise level for entry level employees. Good bonuses
Midlevel, Sydney
Not up to market standards
Graduate, Brisbane
Company pay is less compared to equivalent role at other sites, particularly industrial sites around Gladstone. I feel like I do the same or higher level of work compared to my peers working in mining sites e.g. or even local refineries I do work with,

It would be more motivating if there will be allowance to A (share to Aurecon's employee) so all employee will work as if its their own company.
Midlevel, Neutral Bay
Pay and bonuses could be more transparent, but seem to be handed out equitably and in line with performance ratings.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Random gift cards as performance incentives
Graduate, Sydney
Free dinners, Uber vouchers,.
Midlevel, melbourne VIC
Randomly throughout the pandemic we've received "thankyou's" in the form of dinner vouchers, boxes of KitKat and even a one-off bonus. The once a month drinks and nibbles at a local bar are pretty awesome too.
Midlevel, Newcastle
The Brisbane Aurecon office provided breakfast and fruit all day to employees. Additionally, a zen room is available for employees to take a break.
Midlevel, Brisbane
There aren't any unusual or usual perks unfortunately.
