Aus Post pride themselves on being a representation of the diversity of the entire nation. There are programs and initiatives in place to support a range of traditionally under-represented groups. It isn't lip service - the diversity is really prevalent & celebrated at Australia Post.

I would say that its been nice to see AusPost acknowledge that they may of had some old school mentality and it nice to see them bring in that change. They also seem pretty good when something occurs with an employee they always cater to them.

The company has a diverse makeup and diversity is celebrated. Recruitment reflects this. There have also been efforts made to increase the diversity makeup of individual teams.
