The organization is visibly committed to diversity and organized several events for staff themed around issues affecting women, indigenous people and LGBTI people. It is getting better (but is still not perfect) at flexible working arrangements.
The organisation has excellent intentions and is committed to improving diversity in the office.
We have a lot of seminars on diversity with respect to women, culture, LGBTI and disabilities. The organization is very committed to ensuring equality and diversity, such as a requirement that a recruitment panel be at least 51% female.
