There is a period through out the year where things do pick up, so it is expected, not mandatory that you work longer hours. You are compensated with flex or overtime. So your hard work doesn't go un-noticed.
With flex time arrangements, I can work more or less per day depending on how I feel at the time, my out-of-office commitments, or other factors.
Very flexible working hours
Work offers good flexibility subject to manager approval (which generally is not an issue).
We work 37.5 hours a week. My supervisors have been very flexible in allowing me to work some days longer and others shorter. I have also been able to take a couple of days off using flex leave accrued working longer days.
As long as I achieve what is expected of me the organisation is quite flexible with hours.
The company is very flexible with hours, we are able to make use of flex-time, which can be a great help when unexpected errands pop up.
