Managers are almost always happy to make time and talk. They do tend to be busy, however you can usually find time
We get on with management  extremely well 
Everyone is very approachable but it isn’t always clear what they do day-to-day
The approach of employees having a people manager as well as a line or technical manager is a great one as it removes conflicts  
Feedback loops, recognition and internal communication are good
Direct managers are great! Upper management are not very good
Some managers are great, some not so much. They could improve here
All my managers so far have been accessible and easy to talk to. We hold fortnightly one to one meetings and also performance reviews
Very good. Most senior managers know the employees in their department by name and have friendly conversations
Within Finance it is fantastic. Interacting with other divisions I have experienced  a degree of superiority complex and hierarchy, which impacts on the culture, outputs and efficiency of the work environment
It really depends on the person. Some are excellent and some are out of their depth, as is always the case with any company of this size. Managers seem to always want project visibility but there doesn't seem any uniform framework in place for this. Managers will endeavor to catch up with their direct reports frequently to track performance and development
