Diversity at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group

Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.

Our policies are great, however in my experience there seem to be more male than female senior leaders. However I believe our organisation is sincere in its commitment to change this.
