- Average rating for Salary, based on 13 reviews7.8 / 10
What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Very minimal at the moment.
Competitive remuneration offered with annual reviews completed as to potential bonus pools available.
Very good salary for a graduate in Adelaide.
I have never received a bonus but I am satisfied with my salary.
I have no doubt that if I were at another company I would get paid a lot more to do my job. I have never received a bonus. But that being said, I think that the amount I am learning and being able to work remotely from my team makes up for that
Pay is adequate. There are no bonuses.
Very good base salary.
The trade off for work/life balance and a great culture is less pay relative o peers in same industry - but this is fine for me
