1. For graduate and undergraduate positions, applications should include an updated resume and academic transcript. All applications are screened and those that make the initial shortlist will complete a phone screen.
Phone screens are followed by one, possibly two, in-person interviews.
Interviews are generally informal, we are looking to get to know you and your fit for the organisation. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and make sure we are the right place for you.
Preferred candidates will need to provide 1-2 referees and references will be completed. Written references are not accepted.
2. Applicants are usually studying or have studied a Construction Management; Engineering; Architecture or similar degree.
Undergraduate applicants must be able to work full time and attend lectures across one full day or 2 half days.
