As an Intern in your penultimate or final year, you’ll be embedded in a supportive team to build your professional and technical skills over a 10 week summer Internship Program (successful students may be invited back for an additional 4 weeks over the winter university break). You’ll have a support network including your manager, buddy, mentor and learning facilitators who will help you develop your knowledge and interpersonal capabilities on-the-job and through formal training. As a high performing Intern from our BOQ Internship Program, you’ll be first-in-line for graduate opportunities the following year.
Graduates will be core team members delivering meaningful work for the customers or business areas they support. You’ll be encouraged to reach your potential and grow your career through diverse and challenging experiences. Through this experience, we want to help you grow your technical, interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
When applying for our BOQ Internship Program, you’ll begin your journey by submitting an application form, resume and academic transcript. Following this there will be 4 key stages:
Stage 1: We’ll check out your learning agility with a brief online assessment.
Stage 2: We want to hear about you and your capabilities via video interview.
Stage 3: We’ll learn more about you at our assessment centre.
Stage 4: If you’re successful, we’d love to offer you a place on our BOQ team!
