Our Programme & life with us

As a Graduate with us, you'll gain invaluable insights into the real world of business. The breadth and complexity of our organisation means you'll get to do real work and contribute to projects that impact BP, our stakeholders and our customers.
We offer an exciting two year Graduate programme featuring two rotations within a business stream (commercial, convenience retail or manufacturing operations). We'll give you tools, development and support; including mentoring, exposure to subject matter experts, technology and training to help you thrive and kick-start your career. 
Working across operating teams and support functions, you'll enjoy challenging work in a highly agile environment and a get a real taste of life at BP. We'll also welcome your ideas and opinions, trust you to deliver, and treat you with respect and encouragement.

What we look for 

We are seeking passionate, commercially savvy Graduates from all disciplines. Your exceptional communication skills, tenacious approach, customer centricity and high learning agility will set you up for success and help you to move on to bigger and better things. 
We're seeking applicants for the following Graduate streams: 

  • Convenience Retail – At BP ANZ, our retail business is at the heart of who we are. We are a leading convenience retailer who is bringing differentiated offers to our customers to make their lives easier and brighter, every day.

A career within BP Retail is fast paced and varied - no two days are the same. If you are driven to delight customers, drive commercial outcomes and innovate – our Retail Graduate programme is for you! 

  • Commercial – A commercial career at BP will see you working across a variety of business areas including supply, sales & marketing, finance and trading to maximise value for BP.

The breadth of commercial opportunities at BP means you'll be challenged, inspired and always learning. Our Commercial Graduate programme will support you to build resilience, commercial acumen and agility needed for a commercial career.   • Manufacturing Operations - As a BP engineer and you'll play a vital role in almost every part of our business. As a leading provider of oil and gas, you'll get involved in an interesting variety of projects and the application of cutting-edge innovations and technologies to give your career the best possible start. If you're highly analytical, passionate about safety and excited by problem solving – our Manufacturing Operations Graduate programme would be a great fit for you.



Eligibility


You're in your final year of study, or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in the last 2 years and will be ready to start with us, full time, in January 2019.
