There is a very clear focus on equality with a large number of female employees and support for women to rise to higher level roles.
More visibility of commitment to diversity in terms of women and ethnic minorities. For my intake the graduates are all women and from culturally diverse backgrounds (Aboriginal, Chinese, Singaporean, And South American). There seems to be good retention of female employees after maternity leave. There is probably more diversity in Sales & Marketing (particularly gender and promotion) than in Finance (more traditional).
