Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
There is a very clear focus on equality with a large number of female employees and support for women to rise to higher level roles.
More visibility of commitment to diversity in terms of women and ethnic minorities. For my intake the graduates are all women and from culturally diverse backgrounds (Aboriginal, Chinese, Singaporean, And South American). There seems to be good retention of female employees after maternity leave. There is probably more diversity in Sales & Marketing (particularly gender and promotion) than in Finance (more traditional).
Focus on diversity for recruitment for both women and aboriginals. High retention rate at the company. Company provides careers leave.
Great awareness of gender diversity and the issues facing women in the workforce.

From what I have observed they are very transparent with and committed to a diverse workforce.

Indigenous internship program
Recruits through some talent agencies which focus on social mobility (socio-economic and cultural).
Ensure they interview from different program. Part of the career trackers program - program aimed at recruiting from the aboriginal community.
