Salary at BP Australia

7.4 rating for Salary, based on 16 reviews
What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is decent, and is increased by the large number of bonuses, the total package is great.
I think the pay is very good. The bonuses are based on global group, country unit and team performance. I think this is fair and often generous.
Still have yet to receive any information on bonuses. Pay could be made more competitive, particularly for those with multiple, or higher-level degrees.
Salary is lower than other oil companies. Bonuses and remuneration are good
I think they are fair and transparent in this process
Better than average
Graduate salary is FAR too low to attract quality talent. Pay revisions with promotions are minimal. Bonus is good to have but is not structured to reward outstanding performance.
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Fuel discounts, cheap tickets, travel opportunities
Discount at the Pilates studio in the building, "My Day" (additional day of leave to do whatever makes you happy), two volunteer days (additional days of leave to give back to approved charities), extra week of leave (5th week) if you book in all leave.
Work-life balance relationship with NAB where you receive discounts, reduced rates on loans, etc.
Higher super payments, 5 weeks annual leave
Themed happy hours on site. Discount fuel. Coffee machines on each floor. Free fruit.
We received Visa cards over Christmas as an additional reward.
Work car and fuel, international moves in some instances
