Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Encouraging to more and more women in senior management. Has an excellent Indigenous program.
From my perspective Caltex is fantastic at promoting women. A new initiative started last year called "women in the fuel industry" this was a great forum to establish relationships with other women in the industry as well as men.
Caltex is a great place to work in you're looking for flexibility as well. We have a women's group set up which empowers women.

Encourage to apply for internships/graduate programs. Sponsorship of indigenous communities and events.
We have an indigenous program that attracts talent nationally. Some of Caltex's graduates have come through this program.
