Regular feedback and progress check-in's with managers who are more than willing to work together with you
This question depends on the manager. Having rotated across different departments within the business I have worked under various people. this has been a great learning experience for me as I have identified which type of management style I work best with. I also have a mentor who isn't a manager. This relationship is fantastic as I can talk to my mentor about things I don't feel discussing with my manager i.e. advice etc.

Managers make excellent mentors here. The feedback style is great, people who do great work are recognised well.
