The recruitment process

  1. Application: include a CV, cover letter and copy of your academic transcript.
  2. Video Recorded Interview: This is your chance to show us who you are. Candidates will be asked to respond to interview questions through video recordings.
  3. Formal Interview: The next step will be an interview with the hiring manager conducted via video conference or in person. This is your chance to ask lots of questions and learn more about Sedgman.
  4. Reference checks: We encourage you to identify two people who you have worked for or with. This may be a supervisor at a previous employer, lecturer at university or a leader in a community or volunteering initiative that you have participated in.
