Very friendly, but still professional. People are keen to work together as a team but there are some cases where internal politics keep good ideas down.
Everybody is friendly and approachable whether it's to ask for help or to have a chat. Large groups eat lunch together and chat and often sporting teams are organised for after work activities too.
Flat structure. The head of department joins us in the lunch room for lunch, the SVPs sit amongst the employees and know a lot of people personally. Great work-life balance. People are extremely collaborative and non-competitive. Easy to make friends. There is a lot of diversity (culturally, socially and in terms of interests).
Passionate. Challenging and stimulating environment with employees driven towards (a) strong strategic goals and (b) change journey
Its a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, everyone is very approachable and eager to help and we are encouraged to reach beyond our teams for information and equipment to help us in our work. We socialise during work hours with regular tea breaks together and the occasional lunch. It is not a hierarchical workplace, communication is very free and easy.
