About the Program:

From day one as a Coles graduate, you’ll feel the connection your work has to our purpose, to "helping Australians eat and live better every day". You will be accountable for making decisions in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.

Our Store Support Centre (SSC), based in Hawthorn East in Melbourne, is the engine room of Coles Group and a dynamic and rewarding place to work.

Discover our Coles Liquor, Supply Chain and Central Operations Functions:

Our Coles Liquor team vision is to be a simpler, more accessible, locally relevant, drinks specialist. As a Coles Liquor Graduate, you can choose your own adventure with exposure across  Supply Chain, Store Formats, eCommerce, Merchandise, Central Ops, Strategy, Marketing, and Transformation. With over 900 liquor stores, great customer brands and millions of customers, there’s sure to be an opportunity for you. 

Our Central Operations team is is the engine room that keeps us moving - from supporting our DCs to efficiently deliver our products into store; to empowering our store teams to serve millions of customers each week with pride. You will be the vital link between the SSC and our store and DC network so that we can land change that is Best for Coles, drive sales, improve profitability and make life easier for our team and customers.  

Our Supply Chain team focus on two key roles, a supply planner and a demand planner across a range of business units. Your main responsibilities as a supply planner, will include monitoring and managing availabilities for key categories, implementing range reviews, aligning on promotions with demand and managing capital targets.

The two-year Graduate Program commences in February 2025. Applications will open Wednesday 6 March 2024 and will close Thursday 4 April 2024 midnight, APPLY NOW.

Eligibility Criteria: You’ll be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold permanent residency at the time of application For our Store Support Centre Graduate Program, you’ll have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.
