Whether you're from an Arts, Computer Science, French History, Economics or Mechanical Engineering background, we'd love you hear from you! We have leaders from varying disciplines. It doesn't matter what degree you're completing, what is important is being performance-driven, problem-solving, analytical and proactive. We're looking for people who are able to adapt to the change and risk that comes with a dynamic environment as well as a passion for Global Markets.
Our 10-week program starting on 7 December 2020, gives you a taste of what it's like to work with Australia's best bank. You'll have the opportunity to do real work that will allow you to put your passion and transferrable skills you've gained from studies, work or extracurricular activities into practice.
Your day-to-day tasks will vary depending on which desk you're placed in. For further information about what your day in the program looks like, please visit our website.
From day one, you'll receive training, networking opportunities with industry professionals and you'll be paired with a buddy to ensure you're set up for success throughout the program.
Please note that this program may result in a direct-hire role into Global Markets at the completion of your degree and will not form part of the group-wide Graduate Program. Should you be successful, you may also be eligible for a part-time opportunity for the duration of your final year of studies to keep you connected with the Global Markets team.
