DO WORK THAT MATTERS

Product & Customer Solutions comprises of the Everyday Business Banking (EBB) and Business Lending (BL) teams. EBB is accountable for Cash Management, Payments and Merchant Solutions and managing the end-to-end business customer experience. Aside from products, BL also has specialised sales teams offering working capital, business loans, asset finance, corporate finance and property finance to our business customers. Products that BL are accountable for include better business loans, bank overdraft, bank guarantees and market rate loans.

The EBB and BL team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from the smallest business to the largest corporates. You will get a chance to design products and roll them out to client facing teams. Due to the range of product offerings, you will get a unique opportunity to work with a wide scope of stakeholders within and outside of Business Banking. As a graduate you may also get exposure to product management, process management, portfolio and pricing management as well as the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU

As customers are the core of our business, we're looking for people with a strong client focus mindset demonstrated from any customer service experience. We're also looking for people that can juggle multiple priorities exemplified in their work history or extracurricular activities, strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

WE INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE

When you join our Graduate Program, you join as a full-time permanent employee. So you know we're invested in you to transition from full-time study to full-time life!

It centres around 4 key elements:

Shine: Contribute from day one by working on real projects that impact our business and our customers, within Australia's largest bank.

Develop: Participate in market-leading training to develop your technical and soft skills. This will help with the transition to full-time work from university and ensure you excel in your immediate and future roles.

Network: Build networks and friendships through unparalleled access to senior leaders, project leads and program sponsors, enhancing your personal and business profile.

Contribute: Give back to the community through graduate initiatives, driving positive change across our organisation and improving the wellbeing of our graduate cohort.

Our 18 month rotational graduate program starting on 14th February 2022, gives you a taste of what it's like to work with Australia's best bank. You'll have the unique opportunity to have 4 rotations to give you a holistic understanding of what Business & Private Banking has to offer. At the end of the program, you'll roll off into the team and location you started the program in.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

You are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application (essential);

In your final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential); and

Achieving at least a credit average across your university degree (essential).

At CommBank, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce reflecting the customers, businesses and communities we serve. As a value's driven organisation, we nurture and support our people; through focusing on skill and talent development, collaboration, flexibility and internal promotion. With service in mind at every touch point, we take accountability for the role we play in securing and enhancing the financial wellbeing of people, businesses and communities. At CommBank you can be you.

This role will require relocation to our Sydney offices. However, at CBA we provide flexible working which may include working remotely. Further details can be requested from our friendly team.
